Project Description In 1997, the existing tar and gravel roof had failed, rotting the existing plywood deck. The roofing and deck was removed and new plywood decking was installed. A new gray Duro-Last mechanically fastened roofing system was then installed with a layer of two inch polyisocyanurate insulation. In 1998, the shingles on the church was replaced under a separate contract. Reference "We were very satisfied with the workmanship of Wayne Nasi Construction in replacing our existing roof with a Duro-Last Roofing System. They were always very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had during the project. We contracted with them the following year to replace the shingled area of our roof.
