Project Description In 1997, approximately 18,000 square feet of the school and gym roof needed repair. The ballasted rubber roof had stretched and tore away from the roof edge and parapet walls. Wayne Nasi Construction removed and disposed a 10' x 80' section of saturated insulation on the gym. After the saturated insulation was replaced, a layer of two inch polyisocyanurate insulation was installed with the new white Duro-Last roofing system. Since much of the parapet walls were visible, all of the wall flashing and accessories were manufactured in the tan Duro-Last. Reference "This letter is being written to commend to you the workmanship of Wayne Nasi Construction especially as it pertains to the roof covering, which they applied to over 18,000 square feet of our "older" gently sloped roof. We commend their service to you not only because of their workmanship, but also their quality time spent with us. During the time of construction, they tended to every detail and carried out their work with no interference for our parochial school or any other activities we had going. Wayne Nasi Construction completed their work in a timely manner as they said they would. In addition, they promptly responded to any questions or concerns we've had since the June 97 installation. Because of these things our Board of Church Properties and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
