Project Description In 1998, Wayne Nasi Construction was contracted to install a new 3,000 square foot Duro-Last roofing system over the old tar and gravel roof. Once the loose gravel was removed, a layer of half inch fan fold insulation was installed to separate the existing roofing system with the new Duro-Last roof system. Reference "The association board and I have been extremely please with the whole process of solving our old roof's leaking problem. With your assistance, we clearly understood the old roof's defects and the disadvantages of that type of roof construction. One of the most important concerns the association had in contracting for this new roof was noise during construction and the length of time needed to complete the job. Most of these residential units were being rented on a nightly basis throughout the summer with guest and unit owners checking in and out. Your staff was courteous and did not interfere with any guest nor owner vacation. There was no mess from construction debris or equipment, nor was there parking congestion.
