E-Z Car Wash700 West Adams Street
Project Description In 1998, a new car wash was built and Wayne Nasi Construction was hired to install a white Duro-Last roofing system. Fan fold insulation was installed over the plywood deck before the Duro-Last prefabricated deck sheets were installed. Prefabricated Duro-Last parapet wall flashing was installed up and over the walls and terminated on the outside of the building with the new metal coping cap. Prefabricated stack and curb flashing was installed around the vents and other pipe stacks. The Duro-Last roofing system carries a 15 year manufacturers material and labor warranty. Reference "We had a Duro-Last roof installed on the E-Z Car Wash and the Michigan State Police Post. The work was done quickly and professionally in both instances.
