Project Description In 2002, Wayne Nasi Construction was hired to install a new Duro-Last roofing system. Two layers of two inch polyisocyanurate insulation was installed over the existing roof. This added an r-value of 24.2 which reduced heat loss in the winter and heat gain in the summer. Then new custom prefabricated Duro-Last roofing system was installed over the insulation.
