Project Description In 1997, a half inch layer of insulation was installed over the existing hot tar roof. The new custom prefabricated Duro-Last roofing system was installed over the insulation and existing roof. Reference "The City of Osseo is very satisfied with the work that Wayne Nasi Construction has done on the repair of the city hall roof. The professional manner in which your workers handled the project is to be commended.
