Michigan State Police Post897 Lalley Road Project Description In 1999, Wayne Nasi Construction was hired to install a new Duro-Last roofing system. Precut EPS insulation fillers were installed inside the metal ribs and a layer of insulation was installed to create a flat surface for the new Duro-Last roofing system. The increased r-value reduced the heat loss and ice build-up on the roof. Reference "We had a Duro-Last roof installed on the Michigan State Police Post and the E-Z Car Wash. The work was done quickly and professionally in both instances. We would recommend this type of roof to anyone especially those with a low pitch or flat roof.
