Project Description In July of 1999, Wayne Nasi Construction provided an evaluation of the existing ballasted rubber roof system with recommendations on how to stop the roof from leaking. The Daily Press hired Wayne Nasi Construction in August of 1999 to remove the 22 tons of ballast and install a new mechanically fastened Duro-Last roofing system.
