Project Description Wayne Nasi Construction was the general contractor for the $2.2 million 100,000 square foot school in 1994, the $550,000 35,000 square foot early childhood room addition in 1998, and the early childhood room remodeling in 1999. Duro-Last roofing systems were also installed by Wayne Nasi Construction over the greenhouse in 1995, the 35,000 square foot addition in 1998, and a 7,000 square foot section in 2001.
