Winner of the 1995 AIA Wisconsin, A Society of The American Institution of Architects Contractor Award Project Description Wayne Nasi Construction was selected as the general contractor for the $2.7 million Wheeler Hall renovation project. The existing 100 year old building was completely gutted leaving only the outside walls. New footings, interior structure, and chimneys were constructed.
