Winner of the 1995 AIA Wisconsin, A Society of The American Institution of Architects Contractor Award Project Description In 2000, Wayne Nasi Construction installed 7,000 square feet of Duro-Last roofing system on the Athletic Facility. In 2003, 7,500 square feet was installed on McMillian Hall. In 2004, the gym entrance was covered. In 2005, 15,000 square feet was installed on the gym. In 2008 Dexter Library was remodeled and a new roof was installed. A total of over 50,000 square feet of the Duro-Last roofing system is installed throughout the college.
