Mark Zarzyski – Lead Project Manager/Estimator
Mark has over 40 years of construction experience with most of those years being with Nasi. A mason by trade but very well versed in all of the construction trades. Mark moved from Job Superintendent to Lead Project Manager/Estimator in 2016 and it has been the perfect fit. Some of his most current projects have been:
- Saxon Harbor Reconstruction Project
- The Pat O'Donnel Civic Center
- The Ashland Police Department
Ed Hellier – Project Manager/Estimator
Ed began his career as a carpenter, was promoted to Job Superintendent, and then Project Manager/Estimator. Ed has led projects from high-end homes to larger commercial projects. In every role, Ed has been and is a key asset to the Nasi Team. Some of the Projects Ed has managed and co-managed are:
- The Saxon Harbor Contract
- The Lac du Flambeau School Additions
- The Town of Manitowish Waters Town Hall
- The Frank B. Koller Library Remodels
Tyler Goetsch – Project Manager/Estimator/Office Manager
Previously working in the field, Tyler moved to the office to work in 2022. He wears many hats from project manager, estimator, assisting HR, overseeing the Safety Program, and general office duties. Tyler has adapted well to all aspects of his position. He understands and listens to what is needed by both customers and employees.
Rodney Schatz – Project Manager/Estimator
As a former business owner, Rodney understands the process of scheduling projects, communicating with subcontractors, and attention to detail for every job. Customer Service is his #1 priority. This is one of the reasons customers come back to Nasi Construction. Some of his most current projects that he has managed have been:
- The Bessemer Washington School Window replacement
- The Ironwood Housing Commission Window replacement
- The Gogebic Medical Care Facility Window replacement
- The L'Anse High School Window replacement
Scott Lonsway– Project Manager/Estimator
Scott was promoted to Project Manager/Estimator after working in the field for over 20 years as a concrete finisher and Job Superintendent. With a strong drive for production, quality, attention to detail, and communication Scott has earned the respect of his peers throughout Nasi. Whether it's in the field or meeting with clients, Scott is a vital asset to the team!
Joe Cayer – Garage Door Specialist/Estimator
Joe is our most recent addition to head up our Garage Door Division. Previously, Joe has over 20 years as a prison officer with the State of Michigan and in maintenance at Aspirus Grand View Hospital in Ironwood, MI. He has excellent communication skills and knowledge of what it takes to organize multiple projects and dispatch installers. Joe always does what it takes to find parts so our customers will be taken care of as soon as possible. From remotes to large commercial doors, Joe will be able to service your needs.
Christopher Fuchs – Project Manager/Estimator
Christopher came to Nasi Construction with 10+ years of kitchen/bath remodel experience beginning as a cabinet-maker and later taking roles as cabinet designer and project manager/estimator. He has led a wide variety of projects including rustic cabin and high-end home remodels, new home construction, and everything in between.
Richard Thiede – Foreman/Superintendent
Richard has been with the company for over 40 years. He has been a key part of our success throughout his career. He is very well respected throughout Nasi. Richard is our "go-to" Superintendent for most of our large commercial projects including:
- The New Ashland Police Department
- The Minocqua J1 School District
- The Ashland County Highway Department Garage
- The Ashland City Housing Authority Sidewalk and Concrete work
- The 2019 Lac du Flambeau School Additions
Mike Paternoster – Foreman/Superintendent
Mike has been in the construction field for over 40 years. During this time he has worn hats as a carpenter, foreman, and project/manager. With Mike's versatility, he has been the lead for many residential and commercial projects. Mike is well known and respected throughout the community and Nasi is happy to have his knowledge and experience on our team.
