The MAC

The MAC is a 9,290 sq. ft. fitness facility. The first floor consists of the lobby, exercise studio, fitness room, kitchenette, pool and hot tub, and locker rooms with showers and saunas. The #1 challenge was to make sure the full basement was built to stay dry due to the depth of the water table. To accomplish this the basement is sealed with a fully waterproof system. Attached below grade is also a fire protection reservoir.
