Wild Rice Restaurant
Nasi Construction was chosen as the general contractor and project manager to build the Wild Rice Restaurant on the shores of Lake Superior. This building exemplifies our passion, expertise, and craftsmanship in construction. The architectural design encompassed the butterfly roof for which architect Salmela is famous. The restaurant consists of a main dining room, connected by glass-enclosed bridges to a u-shaped kitchen and service building. Outdoor dining decks, an entrance bridge, and deck attached to the east and west ends of the building. As of October 2017, the restaurant is closing and "is exploring a partnership with Artspace, to be a nonprofit center for arts and well-being". Please select the image below to view larger.
